We work primarily in New Westminster, mainly in the condo market. Nearly half of the residents of the city are tenants, and the vacancy rate is only 1.6%*. Its geographic location within the Greater Vancouver area is very central, making it an ideal place for commuters to live. There are five skytrain stops in New Westminster. The walkability of the city is very good. Douglas College is situated in the downtown core. We also have lovely views of the Fraser River and the Rocky Mountains, including Mount Baker, adding to the appeal of this historic city.
